Augusta lawsuit dismissed The monthly “S” was right

After three years, the general prosecutor of Palermo dismissed a lawsuit against journalists Saul Caia and Antonio Condorelli recognizing the truth of the evidence.

On November 29^th 2019 the judge of the preliminary investigations of Palermo, Guglielmo Nicastro, dismissed the libel lawsuit presented in 2016 by the former head of the Augusta harbour authority, Alberto Cozzo, against the journalists Saul Caia, author of an article and Antonio Condorelli, chief editor of the monthly “S”. The plaintiff had opposed the request for it to be set aside. The judge acknowledged the truth of the reported facts and the correctness of their presentation.
